We pride ourselves in operational excellence. We believe the best member experiences are built by the best people, the best systems, and the best processes.

When you sign up with Texas Tech Federal Credit Union, you’re not just another customer. As a member, you have a voice. Whether you’re looking for a personal or auto loan, a mortgage, or convenient online banking, our financial services are here to meet your needs.

Our goal is to provide exceptional financial services that enhance our members’ lives. By providing each member with the best technology, products, services, and people, we go above and beyond other credit unions or banks.

Our role in the community

Our role in the community.

We're proud to have an employee volunteer program based on our five core values — trust, respect, excellence, kindness, and stewardship. Each quarter, we pay employees to volunteer for the charity of their choice: Habitat for Humanity, Carillon LifeCare Community, High Point Village, or South Plains Food Bank. We deeply value all the people who’ve helped make us who we are, and that is why we believe in giving back to the community.

Proud Sponsor of Raider Red

We are honored to be the sponsor of Raider Red, Texas Tech University's beloved mascot. Our program support provides scholarship funds for Raider Red participants, as well as operational funding for costumes, supplies, travel, marketing needs, and more. As devoted Raider Red fans, we were also excited to fund the Texas Tech Public Media documentary, "Guns Up: The History of Raider Red," a 2015 Emmy award-winning film depicting Raider Red's history and legacy.
