e-Consent Terms
This Electronic Consent Agreement (“Agreement”) covers your rights and responsibilities concerning your use of the portal. By consenting to this agreement, you agree to conduct transactions electronically and receive communications (to include disclosures) electronically.
You must consent before you can access the portal to provide and receive electronic documents/communications. For the purpose of this agreement “eDisclosures” refers to the documents related to the transaction provided electronically. “You” and “Your” refer to individuals named in the applicable documents. “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Texas Tech Federal Credit Union.
We are entitled to act upon instructions received through the portal under your username and password, without inquiring into the identity of the person using that username and password. We have no responsibility for establishing the identity of any person or determining the validity of any transaction.
Access Code: We are committed to the security of our members’ accounts and account information. However, you must also take every precaution to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of your accounts and transactions provided on the Service. An Access Code will allow access to your accounts and other services provided; providing this information to another person effectively constitutes a grant of authority to access your accounts for all purposes and without limit, under the EFTA; such authorization shall continue until you have notified us in writing that such person is not authorized to act with regard to your accounts and the Service. Your Access Code(s) is (are) designated to authenticate your transactions and those transactions which you authorize others to conduct for you. You agree that you will not disclose, and will prevent the disclosure of, any Access Code. If the confidentiality of any Access Code is compromised, you must notify us immediately by calling us at (806) 742-3606 or toll-free at (877) 546-1818. In the event any of your Access Codes is compromised, you will be required to change it. You assume sole responsibility for maintaining and using your Access Code(s).
Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers: If you believe any of your Access Codes has been lost or stolen, you should notify us and change your password immediately. Tell us at once if you believe your statement, account or transaction information, or security information has been lost, stolen, or compromised. Contacting us by phone is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your account, as well as your maximum overdraft limit, if applicable. If you tell us within two business days, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used your security information without your permission. If you do not tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your security information, and we can prove no one could have stopped someone from using your security information without your permission if you had notified us, you could lose as much as $500.00. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell us at once. If we do not receive notification from you within sixty calendar days after the statement date, you may not be entitled to any type of account re-credit for lost funds. We will tell you the results of our investigation within ten business days after we hear from you, and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty-five calendar days to investigate your complaint or question. If we determine we need this extra time, we will provisionally credit your account within ten business days for the amount you think is in error. You will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten business days, we may not provisionally credit your account. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation within three business days after we finish our investigation. You may ask for copies of the documents we used in our investigation.

Your Consent: Your consent to participate in this transaction electronically will apply to all Documents for the applicable transaction for which You are applying. If You provide Your consent by clicking the “I agree” button at the bottom of the page, We will conduct this transaction electronically, instead of providing You with the Documents in paper form. You may choose to sign the documents electronically. A separate eSign disclosure will be completed prior to signing documents electronically.
If a document related to Your transaction is not available in electronic form, a paper copy will be provided to You at your request free of charge.
Conducting this transaction electronically is voluntary. If You choose not to accept receipt of eDisclosures, paper Documents will be mailed to You at your request. Additional verification of your identity may be required.

Withdrawal of Consent: If You originally consent to receive eDisclosures, but later withdraw Your consent, You will not be required to pay a fee for withdrawing consent and receiving paper copies of the Documents.
You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time. By declining or revoking Your consent to receive eDisclosures, We will provide You with the Documents in paper form.
If You originally consent to receive eDisclosures, but later decide to withdraw Your consent, You can do so by notifying Us at (806) 742-3606, or by written letter addressed to Texas Tech Federal Credit Union PO Box 41072 Lubbock, TX 79409.
Obtaining Paper Copies: After Your consent is given, You may request from Us paper copies of Your Documents by notifying Us at (806) 742-3606, or by written letter addressed to Texas Tech Federal Credit Union PO Box 41072 Lubbock, TX 79409.
If You request paper copies of the Documents You will not be required to pay a fee for receiving paper copies of the Documents.
System Requirements: In order to receive eDisclosures, You must have a computer with Internet access and an Internet email account and address; an Internet browser using 128-bit encryption or higher.
If the software or hardware requirements change in the future, and You are unable to continue receiving eDisclosures, paper copies of such Documents will be mailed to You once You notify Us that You are no longer able to access the eDisclosures because of the changed requirements.
How We Can Reach You: You must promptly notify Us if there is a change in Your email address or in other information needed to contact You electronically. You can contact Us at (806) 742-3606, or by written letter addressed to Texas Tech Federal Credit Union, PO Box 41072 Lubbock, TX 79409.
We will not assume liability for non-receipt of notification of the availability of eDisclosures in the event Your email address on file is invalid; Your email or Internet service provider filters the notification as “spam” or “junk mail”; there is a malfunction in Your computer, browser, Internet service and/or software; or for other reasons beyond Our control.
