Position Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a critical role in the administration and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), currently Paycom. This position is responsible for system maintenance, generating workforce analytics and reports for senior and executive leadership, and developing dashboards to support strategic decisions. Additionally, this role serves as the first point of contact for recruitment activities and supports cross-functional HR duties including compliance, benefits administration, and talent management, with a focus on continuous learning and cross-training across the HR function.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS (Paycom), including data integrity, configuration, updates, and user support.
- Build and manage real-time dashboards and customized reports for executive leadership to monitor HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, demographic stats, etc.).
- Lead the initial stages of the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
- Partners with HR team to ensure compliance, performance evaluations, and process documentation are supported through the HRIS.
- Provide frontline support to employees and managers for routine HR inquiries and systems navigation.
- Support and participate in HR projects, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Continuously evaluate and propose improvements for HR systems and workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus but not required.
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources with a focus on systems and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, self-starter approach.
- Eagerness to learn and be cross-trained in various HR disciplines.
