There are many different issues that can cause issues with a web browser displaying correct and current info or even getting a webpage to properly load. One of the most common fixes that will address many browser issues is to clear your browser cache. A browser cache will store elements or portions of a webpage that you have previously accessed to then load that page quicker next time you visit. Clearing this cache if you have problems with a webpage ensures you are getting the most up to date version that the site owner intended for you to see.
TTCU will not ask for passwords, personally identifiable information, or other sensitive data unsolicitedly. As a best practice, it is best to not share this info with any outside party unless you have engaged and are actively doing business with them.
It is important to keep your password fresh and not utilize the same password across multiple platforms. Given the number of data breaches that have occurred recently, if you use the same password across platforms and any one of those is compromised, a hacker will subsequently have access to each one in which you duplicated the password.
Microsoft, Google, Android, and any other technology providers are in a constant struggle to keep their products updated so that they are secure against the latest cybercrime techniques and exploits. It is up to the end user to be sure to apply these updates to minimize the risk of their technology being vulnerable.
