Your new and enhanced Bill Pay experience is almost here! On June 7th, we are launching a new Bill Pay experience that will make managing your payments easier than ever!

What Can I Expect?

On June 7th, you will be able to access the new Bill Pay system to set up new payees and schedule payments. To prepare, we recommend writing down your current Bill Pay payee information as this will not carry over.

How Do I Get Started?

Before you begin

Starting June 7th, iOS users will need to update their TTCU app if it did not update automatically. Google Play/Android users will need to delete the old app and download the new app from Google Play Store.

In the TTCU app, select More in the bottom right corner. Under Move Money, select Bill Pay.

View and accept the disclosure.

Add your payee and payee financial information.

Will my bill pay information carry over to the new digital banking platform?

No. All your current payee/payment information will NOT carry over.

 We are moving to a brand-new provider with an updated system. Please review your current payee/payment information. You will need to re-sign up and input in all the previous payee/payment information on or after June 7th. This will be an opportunity to clean up your current payee/payment information.

Our Call Center staff will have access to your previous bill pay information for reference.

Will I need to set up my payees again in Bill Pay?

Yes, existing payees and scheduled payments will NOT appear in the new platform.

 

 

What is the turnaround time for an electronic bill pay payment?

2-3 business days.

 

What are eBills vs Bill Pay and how is the Bill Pay view different?

An eBill (electronic bill) is an electronic version of a paper bill which can be viewed and paid via the Bill Pay widget. eBills are only compatible with companies that have been designated as an eBill provider (ex: Verizon Wireless, Discover and Home Depot). Users enrolled in eBills will have the same look and feel of our previous Bill Pay.

How long will the old Bill Pay system be active?

The old Bill Pay system will be disabled on Tuesday, June 7th.

Will I be able to know if my new Bill Pay is being sent via electronic or mail?

Yes, our new Bill Pay system allows the user to pick the payment method depending on the availability. If it can be paid electronically, you can choose between payment methods (i.e. Check/Electronic). If it cannot be paid electronically, a check will be sent to the payee.

 

If I am adding a new payee, do I need to verify with a temporary code?

Yes, any time you are attempting to add a Bill Pay Payee a verification code will be sent via Voice, Email, or Text to verify your identity.
