Another advantage of joining Texas Tech Federal Credit Union is our automated system for accessing account information. Our Double T Telephone Teller system is available at no charge to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can make a payment, request a check, or transfer money. You can enroll in the Double T Telephone Teller system by stopping by one of our branches or by calling (806)742-3606.

To access Double T, simply call (806)742-0207. The system will ask you to enter your member number, then an access code, then a service code. For your convenience, we have an Information Card that provides all the service codes needed in using Double T.
