Another advantage of joining Texas Tech Federal Credit Union is our automated system for accessing account information. Our Double T Telephone Teller system is available at no charge to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can make a payment, request a check, or transfer money.

To better serve you, we have recently upgraded our Double T Telephone Teller system to a multi-lingual and more advanced audio response system. This new system no longer requires numeric service codes to access your account information and perform transactions.

To access Double T, simply call (806)742-0207. The system will ask you to sign onto your membership by pressing 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, then your member number, your access code and you will be automatically prompted to the available options throughout each menu.
