FFELP
With the pending legislation in Washington to move all Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) student loans to the Federal Direct Loan Program as of July 1, 2010, Texas Tech Federal Credit Union will no longer particapte in the FFELP loan program. For our current student borrowers, we will fund the 2010 spring semester disbursements as scheduled. If you should need to apply for a new FFELP loan during this year we suggest checking with your school or institution for a list of particpating lenders.

We appreciate you choosing Texas Tech Federal Credit Union as your FFELP loan lender. Unfortunately that choice will no longer be available with the anticiapated changes in the law.
